Do you offer digital images?

Yes,  every portrait purchased comes with a corresponding web-resolution digital image. 

Can I bring more than one person to my shoot? 

Yes, here at JES our motto is the more the merrier. However, some exclusions will apply to baby sets. 

What is your turnaround? 

Typically turn around for Gallery Delivery is 4-8 weeks, depending on how busy we are. I am the only photographer and the only editor of my work. So I appreciate it when clients are patient with me. 

Product delivery can take anywhere from 2-3 months from the client confirming their Gallery. 

Can I bring my dog? 

Yes, as long as they are potty trained as well as friendly with other pups. We just kindly ask them to stay leashed when entering. 

Can I use any of your beautiful dresses? 

Yes, you are more than welcome to use what I have in my couture closet or baby boutique to get the most looks out of your session. (on-site location maybe a different story ). 

What is your availability?

Portrait sessions are available Some Mondays, Tuesday through Friday from 9 am-4 pm and Saturdays upon request. 

How far in advance should I book?

We suggest that clients book about 4 months out.

Do you photograph adults?

Yes! Though creating portraits of maternity, newborn, and children is my passion. I love working with teens, adults, and families. Feel free to reach out to discuss this.

How much are your products?

Wall art begins at $600 and collections begin at $1,599. Most clients spend $3,500.

Do I get the full copyrights of my images?

Jenna Elizabeth Studios LLC maintains the full copyrights of all images. Images purchased by clients are licensed for personal use only. 

It is a criminal offense to copy, scan, photocopy, reproduce, or email any of the images purchased unless you are licensed to do so. 

Do you offer rescheduling?

Yes, let’s be real... emergencies happen and people get sick. JES Studio's policy will allow for one reschedule before your session fee/retainer is forfeit.
